In the event this church body is dissolved, disbands or ceases to function as a church for any reason, the title to all property both real and personal shall pass to and be vested in the Core Founders of Fountain of Faith Baptist Church. In such an event, the Core Founders of Fountain of Faith Baptist Church, are hereby authorized and directed by the congregation of Fountain of Faith Baptist Church, (12702 Miriam Lane, Houston. Texas 77071), to take possession of all property, both real and personal, belonging to Fountain of Faith Baptist Church and shall pay out of such properties and assets all indebtedness of said church as quickly as reasonably possible. After the payment of all debts of the church, the remaining assets may be managed or disposed of to the best interest of the Core Founders of Fountain of Faith Baptist Church according to the sole discretion of the Fountain of Faith Baptist Church Board of Elders (12702 Miriam Lane, Houston. Texas 77071).
The decision to dissolve or disband must be approved by two-thirds of the membership of the congregation by means of the procedure outlined in Article X, Section F.
