CHAPTER 19:  SOVEREIGN PROTECTION TO PREACH
					THE GOSPEL

					TEXT (L62):         Acts 19:33-41

			Memory Verse— "For indeed we
are in danger of being accused of a riot in connection with today's
events, since there is no real cause for it, and in this connection
we will be unable to account for this disorderly gathering.”                 Acts
			19:40(NASB)
THE DOCTRINE OF THE PUBLIC LIE
					1.
The public lie exist in two categories: (A) It is used to discredit
establishment doctrine (God's sacred provision of the
Individual, Marriage, Family, and Nationalism). (B) It is
used to discredit those who communicate the Gospel and sound
					Bible doctrine.
2. If you believe the lie, you have
previously rejected Bible doctrine because of wrong priorities, or by refusing
to consistently listen to Bible teaching by your right pastor. Rejection of
sound Biblical teaching leads to distractions in life, i.e. Eve in the garden.
					3. Without Bible
doctrine stored in the soul the believer becomes vulnerable
to believing the public lie. At this point he/she has no
capacity to believe the truth due to suppressing what little
truth remains, which is covered by scare tissue on the soul
					from false truth.
4. Anyone can say anything about anyone
else and someone will always believe it, especially if they have mental attitude
sins toward that person. Those who believe the lie are those with no truth in
their soul due to being suppressed by accumulated garbage in the soul (Eph.
4:17-24). "Your soul should be a storehouse of wisdom not a wastebasket full of
lies."
5. Liability does not terminate with
the originator of the public lie, but extends to those who believe it (Hosea
4:6-7; Gal. 6:7-8). This is the Law of Volitional Responsibility.
					6. There is a
sinful and evil motivation attached to the origin and
reception of the public lie. It is often rooted in the
mental attitude sins of arrogance, jealousy, bitterness,
					hatred, vindictiveness, implacability, and revenge.
					7. The public lie
is the place of compatibility for evil people and every form
of evil. This is how conspiracy begins (Acts 19:23-29).
"Evil prevails when good men do nothing."
					8. The public lie
is designed to create an environment of control and
manipulation of others at the expense of character
					assassination (Acts 19:37).
